An activity that was named learning to care for the old from the idol Lei Feng was orgnized by institute of life sciences on the afternoon,March 3th,in response to the call of the Communist Youth League,spreading Lei Feng’s spirit,taking actively part in volunteer service and co-establishing beautiful life.Led by the general-secretary Zhou Yang,Liu Ake and Sun Tengyun who had been activists visited a retirement professor Yang Mingyuan.

We talked very much with the old professor and were filled with admiration for his positive philosophy.Meanwhile we realized the difficulty in his life and the want of care without his children at side.When we knew he is short of the knowledge of computers,we helped him to get some basic thing .This activity makes us know the importance of caring for the old and their positive attitude.Therefore we are determined to orgnize more such activities and to do better in our study and life in the future.
